• Photos and media: images you upload for products or your profile, and seller verification documents.

• Messages: chats exchanged between buyers and sellers in the App.
• Technical information: device identifier, notification tokens, and basic usage data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create your account and sign you in securely.
• To process orders and facilitate buying, selling, and delivery.
• To enable communication between buyers and sellers.
• To send notifications about your order status and important updates.
• To provide support and improve the App.
• To keep the App secure and prevent misuse.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share some information in these cases:

• Between buyers and sellers: information needed to complete an order (name, location, order details) is shared with the other party in the transaction.
• Service providers: we use Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, notifications) to operate the App.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud / Firebase servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Notifications

The App sends notifications to keep you updated on your orders and messages. You can disable them anytime in your device settings.

6. Your Rights

You can access and edit your information within the App, and you can permanently delete your account and associated data using the "Delete Account" option in the App.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the legal age.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
